Include a short description, the browser and OS you’re on, and a screenshot or recording if the issue is visual. For billing questions, email from the address on your account.

Before emailing, it’s worth checking the docs — most common questions are answered there.

Common fixes

Try these first.

Export is stuck or crashes.
Exports happen in your browser — usually a stuck export means the tab ran out of memory on a long snippet. Try shortening the snippet, lowering the output resolution, or switching format (GIF is heavier than MP4). Hard-reload the tab and try again.
Video won't play on iOS / Safari.
Safari is picky about MP4s. Export to WebM or re-encode the MP4 with an H.264 + AAC preset. If you're embedding the file on a site, make sure it's served with the right content-type.
I paid for Pro but the watermark is still there.
Sign out and back in to refresh your session — billing state is cached. If it persists, email the address above with your account email and I'll sort it out.
I want to delete my account and data.
Email the support address from the account you want deleted and I'll remove it along with any cloud-saved projects. You'll get a confirmation when it's done.
